As a Senior Backend Engineer at Flashbots, you will design, develop, and maintain distributed backend systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of our products. 📌 Requirements
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Golang, Rust, or similar).
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies and Web3 ecosystems.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
