📄 Job Description

Conduct foundational research and develop prototypes for blockchain protocols. Design experiments, write reproducible code, analyze results, and collaborate with engineering teams to translate research into robust implementations that improve scalability, security, and decentralization.

📌 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Math, or equivalent research/engineering experience.
• Experience with distributed systems, consensus protocols, or cryptography.
• Proficiency in at least one systems language (Go, Rust, C++, or Python).
• Strong analytical skills, experimental mindset, and ability to write clear research reports.
• Open-source contributions, papers, or a technical portfolio are a plus.
