📌 Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Math, or equivalent research/engineering experience.
- Experience with distributed systems, consensus protocols, or cryptography.
- Proficiency in at least one systems language (Go, Rust, C++, or Python).
- Strong analytical skills, experimental mindset, and ability to write clear research reports.
- Open-source contributions, papers, or a technical portfolio are a plus.
