📄 Job Description

As a Validator Engineer at Ritual you will run, maintain, and optimise validator nodes and infrastructure. Responsibilities include node provisioning, performance tuning, monitoring and alerting, responding to incidents, and working on automation to improve uptime and security of the validator fleet.

📌 Requirements

• 3+ years experience running blockchain validators or production critical distributed systems.
• Strong Linux administration skills and shell scripting (bash, sh).
• Experience with container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring & observability (Prometheus, Grafana, alerting).
• Good understanding of consensus protocols and validator economics.
• Excellent troubleshooting & incident response skills.

• Deploy and maintain validator nodes with high availability and security.
• Build automation for provisioning, backups, and failover.
• Monitor node health, investigate anomalies, and act on alerts.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident post-mortems.
